Funeral services for Andrew C. Haskell were held from the church at Town Hill on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Haskell's death occurred in Bar Harbor on Wednesday of last week. He was a native of Surrey, son to the late George and Eliza Reans Haskell, and his age was 76 years, two months and ten days. For 25 years he lived in Bar Harbor, where he was a laborer. At the church Sunday, Rev. Ellsworth M. Smith of the Mt. Desert Parish officiated, with burial in Town Hill. A group of friends attended the services and sent flowers. Mr. Haskell had no relatives in this vicinity except one brother, L. E. Haskell of Northeast Harbor. He was a quiet, hard working man, and liked by all who knew him."
