Mrs. Minnie T. Powers, wife of Hezekiah H., d. at her home on the No. D.I. road Wed. night, aged 47 yrs. Mrs. Powers had been in failing health for a long time and last Aug. underwent a surgical operation but received no permanent relief. She bore her sufferings with great patience and fortitude and was cheerful to the end. She was tenderly cared for by her sister, Mrs. Alice Marshall, who closed her own home and went there for the purpose. Besides her husband Mrs. Powers leaves four sons, Frank, Carlton P., Fred S. and Albert.
