April 19, 2005HASKELL, MURIEL ELIZABETH BOYD, died March 28, 2005, at the Franco Nursing Home in Miami, Florida, at the age of 94.
She was the daughter of David Ferguson Boyd and Henrietta W. Duffin and was born on March 28, 1911, in Belfast, Ireland. In her childhood she lived in East Braintree, MA. and Canterbury, N.H. She graduated from Burdett's Business College in Boston, MA and resided in Boston for many years. She moved to Miami, Florida, and worked for the Miami Herald in the payroll department for over thirty years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Haskell and three sisters and one brother.
She leaves a brother, Douglas Boyd, of Concord, N.H. and many nieces and nephews.
