Frank Nathan Haskell was a barber and a storekeeper. The store was F. N. Haskell's Baths where workmen on the way home from work could stop and clean up. Many homes in those days did not have bathtubs or running hot water. The store also contained a tobacco shop and pool parlor.

March 4, 1957Dunellen - Mrs. Minnie May Haskell died Saturday night at the Schneider Nursing Home, where she had been a patient for four months, She was 86.
Mrs. Haskell was born in Franklin on Aug. 3, 1871, and formerly resided in Ocean Grove.
She is survived by a son, Frank Haskell of Mountainside, and two brothers, Willard N. Gould of Rutherford and Hurley E. Gould of Middleton, N.Y.
