Mrs. Grace Beasley, 65 years old, died yesterday in her home, 1610 Marentette avenue, followin a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Beasley was born in New York State and came to the Border Cities 48 years ago. She was a chartered member of the Bruce Avenue Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband Mathew; two daughters, Mrs. Iva Lyon, of London, Ont., and Mrs. Leah Green of Detroit; two grandchildren; two brothers, Dr. E. W, Henderson of Detroit, and H. Henderson, of New Hampshire, and a sister, Mrs. William Melvin of New York State.
