Timothy, Lieutenant, served with Captain Samuel Briggs's (3rd Rochester) company, Colonel Sprout's regiment; service, 15 days, on the alarm at Bristol, Rhode Island on December 3, 1776; 74 miles allowed.
Timothy, 2nd Lieutenant, 3rdRochester company, was on a list of officers commissioned December 5, 1776; also shown on communication dated July 6, 1776, signed by Lieutenant Colonel Ebenezer White; stating that said Haskell had been chosen 2nd Lieutenant, 3rd Rochester company; ordered in Council, December 5, 1776, that said Haskell be commissioned.
He also served as a Lieutenant with Captain Samuel Briggs's company, 4th Plymouth County regiment, commanded by Lieutenant Col. White; entered service July 30, 1780; discharged August 8, 1780, service 9 days at Rhode Island on an alarm; roll certified at Rochester.
