January 25, 1924Mrs. Lydia Ann (Dunham) Stevens, 95, died Friday, Jan. 18, in trhe home of her grandson, N. B. Smith of this place. She was born in Deerfield, N. H., October 31, 1928, the youngest of six children of Thomas H. and Lydia (Magoon) Dunham.
She was twice married, First to Frank Randall of Newbury (Vy,) in 1852. They had seven children, two of whom are now livind, Moses, who lives at Northwood Narrows, N.H., and David of Northampton, Mass.
In 1877 she marrued Samuewl Stevens of Groton, this state. They had one child, Anna, who married Ernest Cobb of this town, with whom Mrs. Stevens lived afyer the teath of Mr. Stevens untl Mrs. Cobb died 13 years ago. Since then she had lived with Mr. and Mrs. Smith. She also leaves 17 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
