Capt. Jonathan Haskell

Jonathan Haskell was a mariner.


Jonathan Haskell

Jonathan was known as "Long Metre" Jonathan, and always went to sea as master of a ship. He was afflicted with thyphus fever on one of his journeys, and was hurried home, where he died from the infliction.

Francis Haskell was Captain of the Schooner "Mars."  He drowned in Boston Harbor.  Francis and Mary (Kalloch) Haskell had no children.
