August 27, 1923 - April 23, 2010Mary F. Haskell, 86, of Endwell, passed away Friday, April 23, 2010.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Haskell and brother, Bliss Finlay.
She is survived by two daughters and sons in law, Marianne and John Earl; Seattle, WA, and Barbara Haskell and Nour Ail; Whitney Point, NY, grandchildren, Joshua and Rebecca Earl, Jacob Earl and Leigh Ann and Michael Battista.
Mary graduated in 1943 from Marjorie Webster Secretarial School in Washington, DC, and worked in the banking profession prior to her marriage in 1951. She volunteered at several local organizations including the Susquehanna Home for Children, Girl Scouts of America, Multiple Sclerosis and Meals on Wheels. She was active in quilting, bridge and various clubs, living a full life to her last days on earth.

Bob was the (Maternal) Grandson of Alden R. Halpine from Norwich, New London Co. Connecticut and Catherine McPartland from Damariscotta, Lincoln Co. Maine.
His parents Daniel and Irene Halpine, met at an Irish social dance in Worcester, Massachusetts.
After serving in the US Army as a Military Police, Bob was honorably discharged. Shortly after her married Rosemont Haskell on October 7, 1952 in Cleveland.
They had five children;Sharon, Kevin, Robert, Colleen and Sean and nine grandchildren. When his children were young he always made sure they would go on a vacation every year. Colorado, Tennessee and Cape Cod were favorite destinations.
Bob retired a Vice President and Level III from Magnaflux / MQS Inspection Services. And Past Section Chairman of ASNT.
He purchased at 1929 Ford Model A Roadster with rumble seat. He and friend Jack Wilson, with their wives were members of the Ohio Model A Club and enjoyed many trips around the country.

Mrs. Funk was born Sept. 30, 1899, in Shobonier, the daughter of James and Lucy Anderson Klinge. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, and Royal Neighbors of America. She married F. Earl Funk April 29, 1917, in Shobonier. He preceded her in death June 17, 1969.
Surviving are her daughter, Marcella Freeland and husband Kenneth P. of Vandalia; grandsons, Kent L. Freeland and wife Mary Anna and Jerry G. Freeland and wife Camilla "Mick," all of Vandalia; great-grandchildren, Ty, Jamie, Katie and Kris Freeland; nephew, Virgil Klinge of Vernon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Fred and Rollie Klinge.

February 16, 2014Beatrice "Bea" M. Haskell Holliday of Erie and North Springfield, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Manchester Commons. She was born in St. Louis, Mo. on June 11, 1919, the daughter of the late George and Christine Kirchner Haskell.
Along with her husband and son, Bea operated and co-owned Peggy Gray Candies until her retirement. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Bea was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Holliday (1993); two sisters, Viola Lightner, June Oppeau; and one brother.
She is survived by three children: Rev. Dr. William "Skip" G. Holliday (Sally) of Concord, Calif., Patricia A. Wilson (Dennis) of Tucson, Ariz., Jonathan H. Holliday (Melinda) of N. Springfield, Pa.; one sister-in-law, Sigrid Holliday of Rochester, N.Y.; four grandchildren: Ryan and Aaron Holliday, Scott and Bryan Wilson and many nieces and nephews.

HASKELL, Lawrence F. age 92, a life long resident of Liberty Township, passed away Wednesday December 7, 2011 in his home.He was born November 9, 1919 in Liberty Township the son of the late Charles and Mary (Ross) Haskell.
Mr. Haskell served in the U. S. Army during World War II and was a decorated combat veteran. He was the recipient of four Bronze Stars for valor and the Purple Heart for wounds received in June, 1945.
He worked as a die setter at Miami Carey from 1946-1985. Mr. Haskell, affectionately known as "Red", was a charter member of the Liberty Township Volunteer Fire Department and served for over 40 years, well into his 90's. He was assistant fire chief for 30 years, and was the acting fire chief from January 1, 1961- March 31, 1961. As he lived near the fire station he often acted as the driver/engineer for old engine #1.
Mr. Haskell is survived by his daughter-in-law Kathleen Haskell, his grandson Thomas Owen (Jana) Haskell, and many other family members and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by his only son, Lawrence Freeman Haskell, Jr. on December 26, 2005.

October 6, 2020HASKELL (Loman), Betty Ann Age 84, of Hamilton, passed away Saturday, October 3rd, 2020. She was born June 26th, 1936, in Hamilton, Ohio. The daughter of the late Charles and Aletha Loman.
She was a 1954 graduate of Trenton High School.
On September 7th, 1957, she married Ed Haskell.
Mrs. Haskell worked as an Administrative Assistant at CIT and Midland Finance companies. Later she worked at The Small World Children Center. She was a long-time member of the First Church of God, now Bridgewater Church. She served in various positions throughout the years such as the Advisor Board and Hospitality Committee. One of her legacies is cooking and serving others. She loved to prepare meals for church events or special occasion for her church family and friends.
She is survived by her Husband Ed of 63 years of marriage; four Sisters, Wanda (the late Jim) Woodrey, Dorothy Taylor, Kathy (Wayne) Bennett, and Melody (Lonnie) Proffitt; her two Daughters Pam (Harley) Bown and Donna Haskell; Son Doug (Lori) Haskell; Six grandchildren; Lee Bown, Sarah (Ken) Norman, Isaac Haskell, Emma Haskell, Heather (Jeff) Cranert and Beth (Shawn) Lykins.
She was preceded in death by her son Mark Haskell, her parents and 2 brothers, Jim Loman and Bobby Loman.
