Mr, Tilley died Sunday in Silver Crosshospital, Joliet. Surviving are his widow, Anna, and two sisters.

December 4, 1944William L. Salyers, 66, of Louisville, formerly of Lexington, an inspector for the Jefferson Quartermaster Depot, died Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio, as the result of a heart attack.
Mr. Salyers had been in Cleveland for a month in connection with his government duties.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sara Howe Salyers; three sons, Lt. Robert K. Salyers, United States Navy, Long Island, former state National Youth Administration head; Lt. James R. Salyers and Cpl. David H. Salyers, both overseas with the United States Army; one daughter, Mrs. R.A. Hays, Jefferson county, and three grandchildren. The Salyers resided in Lexington until four years ago.

Among survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Louise Howard, Riverside, Calif., and Ruth Salyers, Newark, N.J.; and two sons, Clay D. Salyers of Los Aneles and Thomas D. Salyers Jr., of Reno, Nev.
