Herman M. Haskell of Adams, who started to go West on Monday to locate a land claim, was killed by the cars at Waterford. N.Y., Tuesday morning. He leaves a wife, to whom he had been only three months married.

Will
I Daison Haskell of Cazenovia, Madison county and state of New York do this fourth day of February in the year 1867 make and publish this, my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills and codicils to witt by me reads.

First I desire that all reasonable and proper expenses attending my sickness and funeral be paid out of my personal estate.

Second, I give and bequeth to my two daughters, Flavia A. Haskell and Marionet E. Haskell the dwelling house and lot on which it stands and in which I now reside on the west side of Franklin street in the Village of Cazenovia aforesaid in the proportion followin, to witt, to the said Flavia A., the equal undivided two thirds therof, and to the said Marinet E. the the equal undivided one third therof and to their heirs and assign forever.

Third, I give to my son D. Eralzman Haskell a legacy of two hundred dollars from my personal estate.

Fourth, All the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal after paying my just debts and the necessary expense attending the execution of this my last will and testament, I give and bequeth to my three daughters share and share alike.

Fifth. It is my prior request known that the foregoing provisions shall be subject to the condition that my whole estate both real and personal shall be subject to such reasonable charge and expense as shall be necessary to support and maintain my wife, Elsie during her natural life, should she survive me, and all necessary expenses attending her sickness and funeral.

Sixth, I do hereby constitute and appoint D. Eralzman Haskell and Calvin Weaver of Cazenovia execution of this my last will and testament.
