May 31, 2006Norma Hansen Greer, age 91, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2006. She was born in Lund, Idaho to Isaac and LaVerne Moore Hansen and grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah. After completing a teaching certificate at BYU, Norma worked as a school teacher in Marysvale and Spanish Fork. She met her husband, Grant, on a blind date. They were married on April 4, 1936. Grant died on May 10, 1995.
Norma worked at BYU in the Records Office retiring as an Administrative Assistant in 1977, after twenty years of service.Norma enjoyed many hobbies including sewing, needlework, traveling and reading. She had a wonderful group of friends and belonged to several community groups including Readers' Guild.
Norma is survived by two daughters, Suzanne Karlinsey, and Cynthia Wright (Joel); sister Barbara Donald (Jack); seven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by sisters Elayne Frampton & Helen Myers, brothers, Dick Hansen, Jack Hansen & Grant Hansen, and son-in-law Robert Karlinsey.

December 30, 2004Memorial service for John Moore "Jack" Hansen, 82, will be today at 11 a.m. at Riplinger Funeral Home. Mr. Hansen, who was born in Benjamin, Utah, died Dec. 21.
He grew up in Benjamin and Spanish Fork, Utah and Petaluma, Calif. After graduation from Petaluma High School he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He served in the Pacific Theater during World War II and was honorably discharged after the war.
Mr. Hansen lived in Portland for a time, where he worked for the Kirby Corp. He moved to Spokane in 1963.
In 1973 he married Eunice Lesonik.
Mr. Hansen operated his own Kirby distributor franchise in Spokane. He retired in 1997. He enjoyed golf and was a member of the Men's Club at Wandermere Golf Course.
Survivors include his wife; four children, Jacquelyne Barker of Pleasanton, Calif., Barbara Marks of Colbert, Bret Hansen of Spokane and Michael Hansen of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Norma Greer of Provo, Utah and Barbara Donald of San Rafael, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

January 16, 2013Virginia Mae Low Hansen returned home to her Father in Heaven on Saturday, January 12, 2013. She passed away at home surrounded by her family whom loved her very much.
Mom was born on January 1, 1930 to John Harold Low and Hazel Marie Zuschlag Low in Farrell, Pennsylvania and was one of nine children. She was raised in Farrell, Pennsylvania and graduated from Farrell High School, attended college in Youngstown, Ohio and graduated from modeling school. She worked as a fashion model in Cleveland, Ohio at Higbee and May Companies, graduated from the School of Nursing at Sharon General Hospital in Sharon, Pennsylvania where she received her Registered Nursing degree. She worked as a nurse at Warren State Psychiatric Hospital in Pennsylvania, O.R. Nurse at Doctors Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio and O.R. Nurse at Doctors Hospital in San Jose, California. It was in California, that she met a handsome young pharmacist who would soon become her husband.
On August 26, 1955 Virginia married Dick Allen Hansen and moved to Spanish Fork, Utah where they owned and operated the World Drug Store for eighteen years and raised four daughters, Alys, Karen, Cydney, and Pamela. Mom and Dad were later sealed for all time and eternity in the Provo LDS Temple.
Mom loved being a stay at home mother. While raising four girls, she spent many hours serving her church and community. Some of her activities were, Relief Society, PTA President, March of Dimes, Utah Heart Association, and she served on the Board of Directors of Proberty Youth Services (a boys home).
Later in life, after the loss of her dashing young pharmacist, she went back to work to pursue her second love, nursing and to continue raising her four daughters. In 1975 Mom began working for Mountain View Hospital where she worked as Head Nurse of Medical Floor, Head Nurse of Third West Psychiatric Unit and House Supervisor. Mom loved nursing and worked at Mountain View Hospital until she retired. She was named their employee of the year in 1984. Mom served as an EMT for Spanish Fork Volunteer Ambulance Association, was a member of UNA, National American Heart Association, Utah Heart Association, Mental Health of Utah NNSA, Red Cross Nurse, and was a CPR Instructor. Mom also served three months in Saudi Arabia at the King Fahad Hospital.
Mom loved her family and adored each and every one of her eighteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren with the soon to be twelfth great grandchild to be born in March. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family.
Preceded in death by Dick Allen Hansen (husband); John Harold Low (father); Hazel Marie Zuschlag Low (mother); John D. Low, Agnes Low, Luther W. Low, Carl S. Low, and Ruth Low Elie (siblings).
Survived in death by daughters, Alys Gordon (Sheldon Gordon), Karen Holmstead (Kurt Holmstead), Cydney Grant (David Grant), and Pam Cassingham (Bob Cassingham), eighteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren (soon to be twelve), and her three siblings, Paul F. Low, Grace Low Butzer, and Robert H. Low. Also survived by her adoring little yorkie, Chip, whom was her constant companion.
Mom you have been reunited with your dashing young pharmacist for eternity. We love you dearly and will miss you sorely. Rest in peace.

Barbara passed away peacefully at home November 7th, 2013 in San Rafael, California. She was born in Spanish Fork, Utah, and came to San Francisco in 1949, where she worked for the phone company.
She met her husband, Jack Donald, at the Russian River and they were married in 1950 in Petaluma, California. Over the course of their lives together they lived in Mill Valley, Southern California, Kansas City, Missouri, returning to Marin in 1968. Barbara was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and her greatest pleasure was her family. She loved playing golf, traveling, reading novels and wonderfully cooked salmon. Barbara devoted her time to many charities throughout the years including the Junior Assistance League and Hospice.
She is survived by her husband Jack Donald, son Greg Donald (Denise), daughter Julie Donald, and Grandchildren - Kara, Brian, Ashley and Olivia and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters Helen Myers, Norma Greer, Jack Hansen, Dick Hansen, Elaine Frampton.

November 23, 2001Service for Elayne (Hansen) Frampton, 71, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Riplinger Funeral Home.
Mrs. Frampton, who was born in Spanish Fork, Utah, died Nov. 14. She was a resident of Spokane for six years.
She grew up in Spanish Fork and graduated from high school there in 1948. She also attended Brigham Young University.
Mrs. Frampton lived in Los Angeles and Wisconsin and in 1965 moved to Coeur d'Alene, where she managed her husband's dental practice for many years.
She then worked as the director of operations, sales and marketing for the Sheraton Hotel and the Coastal Hotel Group. She lived in Spokane, Dallas and Carmel, Calif., before retiring in 1995 and returning to Spokane.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Frampton, and Michael Frampton of Hayden Lake, Idaho; a brother, Jack Hansen; two sisters, Barbara Donald and Norma Greer; and three grandchildren.

April 4, 2012Frank M. Frampton, D.D.S., 81, of Coeur d'Alene, died March 31, 2012, at Hospice House.
He was born Nov. 5, 1930, in Provo, Utah, to Dr. Franklin and Ella (Money) Frampton.
He attended Spanish Fork High School where he was the state tennis champion two years in a row. He played varsity basketball his freshman through senior years.
Frank attended Brigham Young University on a basketball scholarship where he received his B.S. degree. In 1951 he joined the U.S. Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict. Frank attended dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis., receiving his D.D.S. degree in 1964.
Frank moved to North Idaho where he practiced dentistry 35 years, retiring in 1995.
Frank married Cheryl in Hawaii on Sept. 29, 1979. During their marriage they have enjoyed traveling to Japan, Europe and the Caribbean, as well as camping in their RV. He and Cheryl also enjoyed working together in their beautiful yard and garden.
Frank is survived by his wife, Cheryl; sons, Michael (Deborah) Frampton, M.D., of Chicago, Ill., and Steven (Suki) Frampton, J.D., of Hayden Lake; stepson Chad (Alexa) Barchard Idaho Falls; stepdaughter Carrie (Sean) Stribling of Meridian; brother Robert A. Frampton, M.D., of Salem, Utah; six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Florence Marcusen.

James Hansen, 80, of 3545 Mt. View, San Bernardino, died Saturday at a San Bernardino hospital.
Hansen was a native of Benjamin, Utah, and for the past 15 years worked as a set carpenter for Universal Stidios in Hollywood.
Survivors include the widow, Edna; four sons, James G. of Covina, George C. of Canoga Park, Max W. of Santa Susana, and Henry R. of Sunland; two daughters, Roma Simmons of San Bernardino and Gwen Tierney of Indio; a brother Edward of Spanish Fork, Utah; a sister, Mary Clayson, of Lake Shore, Utah; and 16 grandchildren.

September 22, 1949Benjamin - Utah County - Harold Benjamin Clayton, 46, died Wednesday at his home in Benjamin following a throat infection. He had been in ill health for seven months.
He was born at Mammoth July 17, 1903, son of Franklin and Goldie Salladay Clayson. He was a laborer and had spent most of his working life as a miner. He was employed as a hoist lifter for eight years at Dividend. He spent most of his life at Benjamin and Mammoth. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He married Madge Hansen Sept. 26, 1922 in Salt Lake. She survives with one son, Vern Clayson of Santaquin and three daughters, Mrs. Don DeGrau and Miss Marlene Clayson and Miss Marlene Clayson, Benjamin; Mrs. Paul Larson, Spanish Fork; five grandchildren; his mother, Mrs Franklin Clayson, and one brother, Reed Clayson of Aberdeen, Ida., and two sisters, Mrs. Dick Bryson of Eureka and Mrs. Eva Batson of Dayton, O.

January 12, 1991Spanish Fork - Myrtle Berneice Hansen Humphrey, 76, of Spanish Fork, died Jan. 9, 1991, at her home, of a long illness.
She was born Jan. 13, 1914, in Springville, to Edmund and Della Humphrey Hansen. She married Fred Lee Humphrey Feb. 3, 1934, in Provo. He died Feb. 17, 1978.
She received her education in Tintic and Benjamin schools and graduated from Spanish Fork High Schooll. She has lived in Spanish Fork for the last 17 years.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had served in the Relief Society.

May 26, 2004Arthur Eugene Evans, 90, of Spanish Fork, Utah passed away Sunday, May 23, 2004 at home. He was born December 24, 1913 in Spanish Fork to Benjamin and Rosa Bell Jones Evans.
He married Marie Hansen February 14, 1939. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She passed away July 14, 1987.
Art retired from the Tooele Army Depot in 1977. Art loved to fish, hunt, camp, and most of all, be surrounded by his family.
Survivors include three sons: Gerald (Sally) of Medford, Oregon, Eddie (Judy) of Spanish Fork, and Larry (Jackie) of Stockton, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers: Frank, William, Dan, Don; and two sisters: Mary and Elenore.

October 25, 1984Fred Humphrey Hansen, 62, of Payson died Tuesday, October 23, 1984 in Delta of a heart attack.
He was born July 8, 1922, in Mammoth, the son of Edmund and Della Humphrey Hansen. He married Fonda Stephenson Feb. 14, 1947 in Las Vegas, Nev. Their marriage was later solumnized in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He was educated in Spanish Fork schools. He served in the Army during World War II in England, France and Germany.
He was a member of Laborer International Union Local 295 and served on the executive board for 21 years as executive secretary. At the time of his death he was working at the IPP plant in Delta.
He was a member of the LDS Church and had served in various auxilliares.
Survivors include his wife of Payson, four daughters; Mrs. Gary (Joyce) Hathaway of Nephi; Mrs. Jay (Joan) Brimhall of Payson; Mrs. Kent (Becky) Youd of Lake Shore; and Mrs. Dan (Debra) Johnson of Payson; 14 grandchildren; two brothers and seven sisters: Mrs. Madsge Clayson, Mrs. Berneice Humphrey, Mrs. Arthur (Marie) Evans, Mrs. Max (Peggy) Braithwaite, all of Spanish Fork; Mrs. Bessie Stapley of Oxnard, Calif.; Edmund LeRoy Hansen of Ivans; Mrs. Ralph (Faye) Bond of Russelville, Ark.; Ned Hansen of Benjamin and Mrs. John (Della) Pemberton of Vernal.

April 25, 1985Fonda Minnie Stephenson Hansen, 58, Payson, died Wednesday, April 24, 1985, at Mountain View Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 29, 1926 at Levan to Fred and Abby Christensen Stephenson. She married Fred Humphrey Hansen Feb. 15, 1947, at Las Vegas, Nev. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was educated at Nephi. She worked at Osborn sewing plant in Spanish Fork and Polar Queen Drive-in in Payson. She was a member of the LDS Church and served as a teacher in Primary and Sunday School and she was a visiting teacher.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Gary (Joyce) Hathaway, Nephi; Mrs. Jay (Joan) Brimhall, Payson; Mrs. Ken (Becky) Youd, Lake Shore; and Mrs. Dan ((Debra) Johnson, Payson; 14 grandchildren; her father, Nephi; and three brothers and two sisters; Mrs. Pete (Melba) Ballow and Quentin Stephenson, both Levan; DeVon Stephenson, Moroni; Merlin Stephenson, Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Russell (Anna Mae) Downey, Springville.
Among relatives preceding her in death was a daughter.

Peggy Lou Hansen Johnson Braithwaite, 85, died peacefully surround by her loved ones on Sunday, October 25, 2009.
She was born on May 9, 1924 in Benjamin, Utah to Edmund and Della Humphries Hansen. She married Kenneth Johnson on December 22, 1943 in Provo, Utah. They were later sealed in the Manti Temple on December 14, 1957. Together they had 12 children.
Kenneth died on May 5, 1967.
She then married Max Braithwaite in October of 1973. She welcomed his children, Mick, Tim, and Janice Gull into her life and family.
Mom grew up in Benjamin where she spent her early years, and when she was 12 years old her mother passed away and she moved to California for a few years to live with her older sisters. During her high school years, she returned to Benjamin and graduated from Spanish Fork High School. After her marriage to Kenneth, she joined the Army and was proud to serve her country during World War II.
The time had finally come for her and Kenneth to start their family. To their marriage they were blessed with 12 children, Kathleen Memmott (deceased) Robert, Dennis (Sandra), Darrell (Charlott), Sandra Brown (Michael), Pam Bingham (Allen), Paula Tilley (Alan), Scott (Kaye), Pat Nelson (Jim), Greg (Kathleen), Brad (Bobi), Blake (Carrie), and Karla Jarvis (Joe). She has 65 grandchildren and 86 great-grandchildren.
Mom was a true homemaker, who loved and served her family and countless others. She served in many callings in both ward and stake positions. She was also a faithful visiting teacher for many years. She was called to serve as a missionary in the Arizona Tempe Mission and also loved serving as a Temple Worker in the Provo Temple where she served for over 10 years. Mom loved anything that involved her family. You could find her at blessings, baptisms, dance review, ballgames of any kind, graduations, 31 games or a good video just to name a few. She was also an avid Jazz fan, and loved her Spanish Fork Dons Baseball. She truly understood the role of Mom and Grandma. Mom enjoyed making quilts (especially baby), baby bibs, caramels and fattigamans that each family received countless of. Each new baby received a new quilt and everyone always received a Christmas package with the caramels and fattigmans.
Preceding her in death were her husbands, Kenneth and Max, her daughter Kathleen, and a grandson Jode Chase Bingham.

Faye Bond, 79, of Russellville, Arkansas died Monday, October 17, 2005 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville. The daughter of Edmund and Della (Humphrey) Hansen, she was born July 27, 1926 in Benjamin, Utah. She was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Russellville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph C. Bond, Sr. and was also preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Anna Patterson Sloan.
She is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Bond of Russellville, Arkansas, Tressa Keeling of Clinton, Arkansas, and Kathy Hubbard of Russellville, Arkansas; two sons, Ralph Bond, Jr. of Emporia, Kansas and Walter Bond of Atkins, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

She was born November 26, 1935 in Benjamin, Utah, a daughter of Edmund and Della Hansen. Della's mother passed away at childbirth and Della was raised by her older sister, Madge Clayson.She married Edwin (Bud) Lamont Westwood on May 2, 1959. He died July 16, 1979. She later married Alvin Austin Allen. Della enjoyed sewing, camping and the out-of-doors. Della was a former resident of Vernal.

October 2, 2003Margaret Elizabeth Bryan, 92, passed away in Salt Lake City on September 30, 2003.
She was born August 25, 1911 in Nephi, Utah, to William Isaac and Mary Jane Bridgewood Cartwright. Married Max A. Bryan, May 21, 1928, later solemnized in the Mesa, Arizona Temple.
Margaret and her husband resided in Long Beach, CA for 45 years, where they reared their four children. They served LDS missions in the West European Mission and Nauvoo, Illinois. Returned to Salt Lake City where she served for 27 years in the Salt Lake Temple. She lived by the motto "Charity Never Faileth," and she spent her life in the service of others. She loved her family, the Lord, and serving in the temple.
Survived by her children: Maxine (Raymond) Howser, Richard (Kathy) Bryan, Mary Ann (Joseph) Smith and Connie (Delmar) Norton; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband and one grandson.

June 14, 2003Curtis Sorensen, 93, of Goshen, died June 12, 2003 in Payson.
He was born January 10, 1910 in Mammoth, Utah to Oluff and Elizabeth Mordue Sorensen. He married DeVar Bryan, who preceded him death.
Curtis raised cattle and farmed in Goshen and Genola.
He retired from the State Road Department. He was an active member of the LDS Church; he loved to hunt and especially loved the little kids.
He is survived by his children: Sally Long, Goshen; Tom (Jerelyn) Sorensen, Payson; Patricia (Jay) Reif, Lynwood, Washington; Chris (Olga) Sorensen, Provo; 25 grandchildren, 34 great- grandchildren, and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years; his oldest daughter, Joan Wahlburg; nine brothers and sisters, parents, a grandson and a great-granddaughter.

He was born April 6, 1919, at Benjamin, a son of Rock and Sarah Hansen Bryan. He married LaVern Faxman, Jan. 10, 1939, in Provo.
He was a veteran of World War II, in the Navy. He was a member and former commander of the American Legion, Post 48. He was a construction worker. He was a member of the LDS Church.

December 5, 1991Ruth Hansen Cannon, age 73, died Wednesday, December 4, 1991 in Salt Lake City.
Born June 17, 1918 to Lester and Alpha Sorenson Cannon in Mammoth, Utah. She married James Ralph Cannon; he preceded her in death.
She retired from the D&RGW Railraod after having worked there 30 years as a clerk.
Survived by a son, Gary R. Cannon, Salt Lake City; two grandchildren; a brother, Blair Hansen, Sacramento, Calif.; and a sister Marjorie Kingsbury, Bountiful, Utah.

November 13, 2003Clifford Edwin Selin, age 80, with his loving wife and family at his side, passed away peacefully on Friday, Nov. 7, 2003 in Mesquite, Nevada.
He was born July 30, 1923 in Benjamin, Utah to Edwin Brigham Selin and Edna Mae Goss. On April 2nd 1942 he married Lois Hansen in the Salt Lake Temple.
After Lois' death in 1990, he married his sweet companion LaVon Taylor Selin in the Jordan River Temple on February 28, 1992.
Clifford grew up in Utah County. He served his country during World War II in the European Theater, and received the Purple Heart. He raised his family in the Salt Lake City area working as a chemical engineer. He had a great love for coin and stamp collecting. He shared his love of fishing and hunting with his children and grandchildren. He moved to the warmth and sunshine of Overton, Nevada in 1997. As an active member of the LDS Church, he served in the Las Vegas Temple. He showed courage and strength through his struggles and fought bravely to the end of his life.
Survivors include his second wife, La Von of Overton; children, Lynn (Mary), Bountiful, Utah; Marsha (Gary) Atkin, Salt Lake City; Carla (Kerry) Summers, Orem; stepchildren, Gordon (Robyn) Selin, Texas; Kathy (Jim) Moore, Salt Lake City; Donna (Dan) Ball, Salt Lake City; Lynette (Bruce) Gilchrist, Salt Lake City; Cynthia (LaVar) Smith, Salt Lake City; 27 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and one brother Terry (Janet), New York.

Born in Palmyra, Utah, the oldest of six children of David William and Mary Ellenor Banks Monk, Edward William Monk, 88, completed his earthly life on Sunday, October 29 at his home in Mt. Pleasant, Utah surrounded by his family.
He married his Spanish Fork High School sweetheart Donna Clayson April 18, 1938 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1988.
Spending his youth on the farm with his father and brothers, Edward was employed at the Pages Equipment in Spanish Fork and in 1950 opened Central Utah Implement and Hardware on Main Street in Mt. Pleasant, selling and servicing John Deer equipment for twenty years.
Acting as Mt. Pleasant Postmaster for 21 years, Ed served with the Mt. Pleasant City Council, volunteer fire department, Lions Club, senior citizens and Boy Scouts.
His children, Marilyn Monk, Duane Edward (Edlin) Monk, David Leon (LoyAnn "Bobbe", twelve grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, sister Preal (Lynn) Zufelt and brother Roy B. (Jolene) Monk survive him. Ed was predeceased by his parents, wife Donna, brothers Dean Charles, Banks, and Frank D. Monk.

Our loving mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away on Monday, August 9, 2010 in Payson, Utah. She was born on June 23, 1923 in Mammoth, Utah to Archer Edward and Mary Lavina Hansen Clayson. She grew up in Lake Shore, Utah and graduated from Spanish Fork High School.
June married her eternal companion, Thomas Earl Tuckett, on March 23, 1942 in the Salt Lake Temple. She spent her life serving her family and providing a loving home for them. This was her greatest accomplishment.
She was a very hard worker, patient, and was an example to all. She attended Hollywood Beauty School at age 40, and had a hair salon in her home. June loved to work in her yard and we know her heart will always be in Lake Shore. She was an accomplished professional softball player for 22 years and also loved sewing, fishing and spending time with her family. She was passionate about going to Wendover. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and learned to do extractions from home.
June is survived by her children, Marvin (Jane); Jana Rae Gardner; Shelley (Paul) Stoddard; her daughter in law Diane Tuckett; 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren; and a sister, Ilene (Dean) Stone.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; her son, Tommy; parents, two brothers, and three sisters; and a son-in-law, Larry Gardner.

May 28, 1991Leon (Bud) Hansen Clayson, 66, died May 26, 1991, at his home in Lake Shore. He was born March 13, 1925 in Lake Shore, the son of Archer Eddwards and Mary Lavina Hansen Clayson. He married Grace Joan Wyler, Nov. 9, 1951, in Las Vegas, Nev.
He was a lifelong resident of Lake Shore, where as he worked in farming and livestock business with his father, an occupation he continued the rest of his life. He received his education in Lake Shore and Spanish Fork schools.
He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
He was a member of The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He was a member of Utah Farm Bureau. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Kake Shore; two sons and four daughters, Mrs. Paul (Linda) Rose, Kent W. Clayton, boty of Spanish Fork; Mrs. Floyd (Leona) Gardner, Payson; Mrs. Chris (Sandra) Weight, Bountiful; Glen Leon Clayson, Orem; Mrs. Ryan (Mary) Taylor; 18 grandchildren; one brother and three sisters.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, carol.

Early Life: Ilene was born in Lake Shore, Utah, on September 30, 1932, to Archer Edwards Clayson and Mary Lavina Hansen Clayson. She attended elementary school in Lake Shore, finishing her formal education at Spanish Fork High School.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: On Sept. 5, 1950, Ilene married Dean G. Stone in the Manti Utah LDS Temple. They have two sons and two daughters. In her adult years, she worked for Utah Sportswear and then JC Penney for 25 years. She enjoyed the associations she had with her co-workers at both places. Her hobbies included gardening, sewing, swimming, boating and fishing. She especially enjoyed cook-outs with her family. Ilene Clayson Stone, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away early on the morning of April 26, 2014, in Provo, Utah, surrounded by her family. She was 81.

He is survived by his six children: Bernard Phillip (Gale) Richardson, Patricia Lynn Richardson, Carol Ann (Dennis) Watt, Allen LaVern Richardson, Tracey Lee (Walter) Harms, Karen Jean (Lindsay) Murfin, also by fourteen grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. GLADYS EVELYN (FLEXHAUG) HAGUE passed away in Cardston, Alberta on August 16th at the age of 94.
Gladys is survived by her three children, Cynthia Allen of Rancho Mirage, California, Peter (Sheila) Hague of Cardston, Alberta, Philip Hague of Tooele, Utah, , 8 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two brothers Vern (Jo) Flexhaug, Robert (Lavonne) Flexhaug, and a sister, Jean Lehr.
Gladys was preceded in death by her loving husband William Hague. She was also predeceased by two sisters, Lynda Flexhaug, Lenora Hoselton and three brothers Gordon, Leonard and Richard Flexhaug.
Gladys was born in Orion, Alberta on December 13, 1922. As a child she moved to Raymond, Alberta where she spent most of her youth and adult life. She attended Raymond High School until she eloped with the dashing Bill Hague who became her lifetime sweetheart.
During the Second World War she worked for the Raymond Sugar Factory and later at the Quality Market as a clerk. While raising her three children she worked at the Raymond Home as a care giver and she tenderly administered to the patients in her care. After working with the patients for 10 years she was promoted to an administrative position which lasted for 20 years until she retired.
Gladys loved to golf. Her greatest enjoyment was to hit the fairway with her husband Bill or a group of friends. She won many competitions and was thrilled to win a first at the Southern Alberta Summer games.
Gladys was blessed with many callings in the LDS Church but mostly loved the work she did at the Cardston Alberta Temple. She was a giver to her community and many people in need received her delicious buns and baked goods. She was a gregarious friendly lady who was loved by all who knew her.

Born in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, the late Mrs. Zuehlke in 1943, she resided in Warner for over thirty years. She came to Lethbridge in 1973 where she had resided until her passing.

LOLA FERN (STILL) FLEXHAUG passed away near Raymond, AB on Wednesday, May 16th 2018 at the age of 83 years.
Lola leaves to mourn her loving children Chris (Cathy) FLEXHAUG, Kim (Sandi) FLEXHAUG. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Jamie (Jordan), Jarrod, Jordan, Kelly (Tanya), Tara (Paul), Kaylea (Jay), Justin (Brook), Mitch (Celine), Amber (Ryan), Christie (Chris), Adam (Jamie), Kyle, Chad (Norma), Rischel (Winton), Joel (Vilayvanh), Cherity (Beau), Misty (Darren) and Ashley (Morgan) and 38 Great Grandchildren.
Lola was predeceased by her parents Jim and Alice STILL; brothers Jim, Elmo, LaVern and Dale; daughters Jennifer, Roxann and Joyce and the love of her life Alvin FLEXHAUG.
Lola was born on July 18th, 1934 at Raymond, Alberta to James Madill and Alice Martha STILL. She met Alvin in May of 1950 when her best friend Evelyn FLEXHAUG invited Alvin to come to Raymond. Alvin and Lola were engaged on June 4th, 1951 and married on July 20th that same year. Alvin was working for Canadian Pacific Railway and they moved to a number of small towns in southern Alberta while Alvin worked for the C.P.R.
Alvin and Lola moved from Etzikom to Pendant D'Orrielle late in 1957 where they lived with their 5 children who all graduated from Foremost High School. After Lola's children graduated, Lola worked as a Teacher Assistant at the Roseday and Sunnyside Hutterite Colonies where she developed some life long friendships with all of those that she touched at the colonies. Alvin and Lola lived at Pendant D'Orrielle until Alvin retired in 1993.
Alvin and Lola lived a short period of time at a farmstead south of Foremost until 1995 when they moved to Raymond. Alvin passed away in 2006 and Lola continued to live in Raymond with her granddaughter until her brother David STILL moved in with her in 2010 where they both lived until their passing.

He married Ida Harward Dec. 28, 1934, sealed in Salt Lake Temple Mar. 29, 1938.
They have three children: Wanda Naylor (deceased) Duane, Lynn E (Karen) Haskell, Jean Hammond (Gail deceased); 15 grandchildren; 71 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
He was a devoted and active member of the LDS church, a temple worker and greatly loved by all. He was a farmer, trucker and rancher, being foreman of the Antelope Island Ranching Co.
