Ruth F. Haskell, 91, of Wareham, died Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham. She was the widow of the late Ernest E. Haskell.
Born in Wareham, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Dora (Westgate) Perry. A lifelong resident of Wareham, Mrs. Haskell was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Ruth Correia of S. Dartmouth, Mary Ann Bagby and her husband Tom of Jacksonville, NC, Betty Jane Russell and her husband Ronald of Wareham, Pauline Haskell of Wareham, Ronald Haskell and his wife Chris of Wareham, Bertha Randall of Carver, Raymond Haskell and his wife Karen of Plymouth, David Haskell of Wareham, Bonnie Haskell of Carver, Barbara Haskell of Wareham, and Lori Haskell and her spouse Kim of Wareham; her brother, Ronald Perry of Wareham; 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

May 26, 2013Mrs. Mildred M. (Haskell) Riendeau, of Taunton, died Wednesday, May 22 in the Golden Living Center - Wedgemere, following a period of failing health.
She was the beloved wife of the late William P. Riendeau. She was born 94 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Haskell. She was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as an aide at Greenlawn of Middleboro for a number of years. Mildred was previously employed at the former Paul A. Dever State School in Taunton. She was a member of L'Union St. Jean Baptiste, Conseil No. 53. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She was a communicant of the former Immaculate Conception Church in Taunton.
She leaves: 1 son: Francis Riendeau and his wife, Irene of East Taunton; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews. Mildred was also the mother of the late William G. Riendeau of Taunton and the late Edward P. Riendeau of Yulee, Fla.

William P. Riendeau, husband of Mildred M. (Haskell) Riendeau, 864 Bay Street, died early this morning at his home after a long illness. He was 63. Born in Taunton, son of the late Francis X. and Delima (Charbonneau) Riendeau, he was educated in Taunton schools and was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church. He had been employed as a lineman for the City of Taunton Fire Alarm and Police Signal System.
In addition to his widow, he is survived by three sons, William G. and Edward P. of this city and Francis C. serving with the Army at Fort Ord, California; by seven [only six listed] brothers, Alphonse, Joseph, Albert, David and Maurice of this city and Leo of Lake Worth, FL; by four sisters, Mrs. Irene Gaucher of Berkley, Mrs. Arthur Bouchard of Somerset and Mrs. Adrienne Campion and Mrs. James Buckley of Fall River. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

October 3, 2009BROCKTON Hazel I. (Allerby) Haskell, 81 years, of Brockton, died Friday, Oct. 2, 2009, at West Acres Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.
She was the wife of the late Charles F. Haskell. Hazel was born in Abington and raised and educated in Brockton, a daughter of the late James and Ora (LaMontagne) Allerby. She remained a lifelong resident of the city. She was a bingo player and enjoyed reading and crocheting.
Hazel is survived by 12 children, Charles Haskell Jr. and his wife Lorraine of Plympton, George Haskell and his wife Cheryl of North Carolina, Hazel Duff and her husband John, Janet Reed and her husband John, David Haskell and his wife Fran, Linda Cruise and Ruth Betts and her husband Keith, all of Brockton, James Haskell and his wife Carol of Florida, Vivian Johnson and her husband Frank of Foxboro, Norma Haskell and Paul of Middleboro, Barbara Haskell of South Carolina and John Haskell and his wife Jane of Plymouth. She also leaves many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Milton and Joseph Allerby.

Julia was a very devoted mother and grandmother and she also enjoyed traveling.
In addition to her husband, Mario, she is survived by her children, Mario Moretti, Jr. and his wife Judith, Judy Ann Kasparian, both of East Bridgewater and Sandra Arena and her husband James of Hanson; her brother Thomas Pedro of Bridgewater, her sister ;Bessie Jones of Halifax ;also 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews

January 25, 2011Mario Moretti Sr., a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater, died Tuesday Jan. 18, at the age of 94, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of the late Julia (Pedro) Moretti. Born and raised in East Bridgewater, he was the son of the late Dimo and Lia (Govoni) Moretti.
Mario was a proud veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945. His service overseas during WWII earned him an Asiatic-Pacific Ribbon and a WWII Victory Medal among others.
He had worked for over 40 years as a molder for the former National Foundry in Whitman and the Bridgewater Foundry. After his retirement from the foundry, he worked for 15 years as a favorite custodian for East Bridgewater schools. Mario served 18 years of dedicated and faithful service as an East Bridgewater call firefighter. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and for many years was the proprietor of the former Satucket River Sports Shop. He was a longtime member of the National Riflemans Association, Ducks Unlimited and the Massachusetts Waterfowlers. He was a member of the American Legion, Fred Bates Morse Post, a longtime member of the East Bridgewater Commercial Club and the Bridgewater Forty Niners Club. Mario enjoyed working in his garden; however his favorite pastime was spending time with his family recounting the many stories from his youth. He left a valuable legacy of precious memories for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Sandra Arena and her husband James of Hanson and Judy Ann Kasperian of East Bridgewater; and his brother, Richard Moretti of East Bridgewater; as well as 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Mario Moretti Jr. and brother of the late Dimo Moretti, Helen Lupien, and Angelina LaCrosse.
Per 1930 census Arthur was adopted.

Find-a-GraveTAUNTON ~ Mrs. Hannah J. Wilbur, wife of Alden E. Wilbur, passed away late Monday January 26, 1926 at Morton Hospital in consequence of severe burns which she substained about a week ago when her clothers became ignited when stove polish exploded while she was cleaning the stove.
Mrs. Wilbur was in her 33rd years. She is the daughter of Daniel H. and Abbie (Haskell) Haskins.
Besides her husband and her mother, she leaves one daughter, Evelyn Wilbur, three brothers, Chester Haskins of Taunton, John Haskins of Assonet, and Walter Haskins of Raynham, five sisters, Lucy White, Emma Vose of Raynham, Adeline Andrews of Taunton, Evelyn Edgerton of Berkley and Alice Reynolds of Precinct.
